PillowMallow – Digital Crochet Patterns

1. What kind of products do you sell?

We offer digital crochet patterns only. All items in our shop are downloadable files (PDF), not physical products.

2. How will I receive my digital pattern?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link directly by email.
You can also access your downloads anytime through your account (if applicable).

3. Do you ship physical products?

No. Our shop provides digital downloads only, so there is no physical shipping and no shipping fees.

4. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Because our products are digital, all sales are final once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed.
If you have an issue with your file (corrupted, missing pages, etc.), please contact us and we will be happy to help.

5. What should I do if I don’t receive my download email?

Please check:

  • your spam/junk folder

  • that the email address you entered at checkout is correct

If the email is still missing, contact us at contact@oplena.com and we will resend your files.

6. Can beginners use your patterns?

Absolutely! Many of our patterns are beginner-friendly.
Each listing mentions the difficulty level (★ Easy – ★★★ Advanced).

7. What materials do I need?

Each pattern includes a detailed list of required materials such as yarn, hook size, wire, stuffing, etc.

8. Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?

Yes — you may sell handmade items created from our patterns.
However, the pattern itself must not be shared, resold, or distributed.

9. On how many devices can I download my files?

You may download your files on any personal device you own (computer, phone, tablet).

10. My file looks blurry or low quality. What should I do?

Make sure you open the PDF with a proper viewer (Adobe Reader, Preview, etc.).
If the problem persists, contact us and we will assist you.

11. Can I request custom colors or custom flower patterns?

Currently, we do not offer custom crochet designs.
However, we continuously expand our collection, so feel free to check back often!

12. Can I share my download link with others?

No. Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing or distributing the files is strictly prohibited.

13. Do your patterns include step-by-step photos?

Yes! Most of our patterns include step-by-step images, detailed instructions, and clear stitch explanations.

14. What language are the patterns written in?

All patterns are written in English (US Crochet Terms) unless stated otherwise.
